You need to be proud of who you are, how you look, and what you accomplish. If you feel better about yourself and lift yourself up, you will be more productive and even happier.

There is nothing to gain by being negative and down in the doldrums ... and everything to gain by being positive, happy with who you are, and loving it.

Be the best you can be, and don't ever compare yourself with someone else – especially physically – because Mother Nature has made us all with different shapes, sizes, colours and personalities.

What you must do is realise the potential you can reach based on your body and personality. Don't try to become something you're not ... that's recipe for disappointment.

Set Yourself up for Success

Think up a set of positive comments and recite or think of them several times every day, like a mantra. Write a list of your great attributes - physical, mental or spiritual. Put this list where you'll see it several times a day. And don't just glance at it: take the time to tell yourself these things. The more you repeat them with meaning, the more you will believe them.

Most people have never got out of their comfort zone when it comes to training. Tanya will challenge you to push yourself and see what you are truly made of. Once you try it, you won't want to exercise any other way!
