Quite simply Tanya's helped me lose weight and tone up- something I've failed to do on my own. I look forward to every session because I know Tanya gets results. I even look forward to the aching the next day because it reminds me how much of a great workout I had and how much I achieved. I love that she mixes up the sessions- jogging, interval training, weighted vest walks, kickboxing, circuits etc.- as it helps keep me motivated and stops my body getting used to a routine. She's even got me 'into' running- something I NEVER thought possible!
Tanya isn't the kind of Personal Trainer that shows up at your next session and clocks off when you're done- she cares! She'll check in with you, see how you're doing and give you a bit of motivation if necessary. This can mean monitoring your diet or simply listening to you vent after a bad day- in which case I can find the next session involves some kickboxing to get the stress out! Tanya rocks and I look forward to seeing what else she can get out of me and OFF me!

Initially, I was very apprehensive about seeing a personal trainer, I thought I would be self-conscious and unable to do the exercises a personal trainer may expect. Tanya very quickly put me at ease, tailor making each session to my needs. She puts me through my paces and definitely pushes me but after every session I feel great. We have been seeing each other for over a year now and my fitness levels are much higher than they have ever been, my shape is different and butt looks great. I recently ran a 10k run (without stopping!!!). I can honestly say that training with Tanya is much more fun and challenging than any gym session. As well as keeping fit, we always have a good chat and a giggle.

Success isn't a result of spontaneous combustion. You must set yourself on fire.
